Trade Winner is a client-side calculator. All calculations run in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit your trade data, position sizes, wallet balances, or any financial information you enter into the calculator. None of that data ever leaves your device.
If you contact us via the contact form, we collect your name and email address solely to respond to your message. This information is not shared with third parties and is never used for marketing without your explicit consent.
We use a single lightweight preference stored in your browser's local storage to remember your theme choice (dark or light mode). This is not a tracking cookie, contains no personal data, and is never transmitted to any server. No advertising cookies. No third-party analytics cookies. No fingerprinting.
The Trade Winner website uses Google Fonts (Poppins and DM Mono) for typography. When your browser loads these fonts, Google's servers log your IP address and browser user agent as part of standard server logging. This is subject to Google's own privacy policy, which we recommend reviewing. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking service.
Like all websites, our hosting server automatically records basic access logs — including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes, then automatically deleted. They are not shared with any third party.
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 90 days for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, then permanently deleted. Server logs are retained for 30 days. No other personal data is collected or retained.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. You can exercise these rights by emailing support@tradewinner.io. We will respond within 14 business days. For EU/UK residents, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Trade Winner is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
